Orders and Shipping
Your order may be delivered anywhere between 1 to 7 business days. We strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Please note, some orders may be delayed or cancelled due to the unavailability of items ordered.
The Hardware Stop operates out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a result, we are require by law to charge Value Added Tax (VAT) to customers.
We deliver to all emirates. Please note that delivery prices may vary per emirate and we may not be able to deliver to port areas.
No, currently we do not ship outside the UAE. If you would like to place an order outside the UAE, you’ll have to make arrangements for the same on your own. Any shipping/handling costs will be borne by you, the buyer.
Standard couriers limit packages to a certain weight and size. You will be charged for Bulk Shipping if this weight/size is exceeded. Often, this is the case for products like 8x4ft sheets of wood and 13ft white wood timber.

Most orders are processed within a couple of minutes and therefore cannot be cancelled afterwards.
Since Jotun and Cut-to-Size Products are made-to-order, they cannot be returned/exchanged unless there is a defect. Orders for the same have to be paid for in advance by card.
