Your order may be delivered anywhere between 1 to 7 business days. We strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Please note, some orders may be delayed or cancelled due to the unavailability of items ordered.

You have 7 days to return an item. Since Jotun and Cut-to-Size Products are made-to-order, they cannot be returned/exchanged unless there is a defect. Orders for the same have to be paid for in advance by card.

We make every attempt to ensure that we ship your orders in as little packages as possible. Sometimes, items that are on backorder take longer to ship and will be shipped separately.
