Returns
Our refund policy is 7 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items that mention “This item cannot be exchanged or returned” on their product pages cannot be returned. This is especially the case with Jotun Paints as they are tinted using our specialized machinery from Jotun Paints as well as our Cut to Size products that are made as and when the order is received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Items that mention “This item cannot be exchanged or returned” on their product pages cannot be refunded. Jotun products will not be refunded once the order is processing. If returning a product results in the total order amount to go below the minimum free shipping value, the shipping amount will be held by The Hardware Stop and the difference will be applied.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ask@thehardwarestop.com to coordinate an exchange. Items that mention “This item cannot be exchanged or returned” on their product pages cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within 2 – 4 Business Days. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products described or advertised on The Hardware Stop may differ from our partner’s prices online or in their retail stores (as well as third party online and retail stores) or through mobile applications. To return your product, send us an email at ask@thehardwarestop.com and we will be able to co-ordinate a return.
Bulk Shipping
Items that cannot be delivered via regular courier will incur a bulk delivery fee. The fee varies per city, costing AED 100 for Dubai, AED 150 for Sharjah & Ajman, and AED 350 for all other emirates.
